JoAnn is a Managing Partner, Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Manager. She has been with the Firm since 1988. JoAnn leads the firm’s regulatory compliance program and oversees adherence to SEC rules, fiduciary standards, and internal policies. JoAnn has almost 40 years managing compliance and back-office operations, overseeing trade settlements, account reconciliations, and client reporting for all Hudson Edge Investment Partners strategies.

JoAnn is a member of Hudson Edge’s Board of Directors and Management Committee.
