Matthew Kosara is a Managing Partner, serving as the Chief Risk Officer on Hudson Edge Investment Partners’ US Equity and Fixed Income teams as well as the firm’s Client Portfolio Manager. He has been with the Firm since 2005. Prior to joining Hudson Edge Investment Partners, Matt co-founded MAP Management, LLC, where he developed asset allocation and investment strategy for the firm’s institutional benefit plans and individual clients.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management and Technology where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Matt is a CFA Charterholder, is a holder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and a member of the CFA Society of New York.

Matthew has completed coursework at Stanford University regarding Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies. He is an active member of his community of Croton-on-Hudson, NY having served on the village’s Financial Stability Committee, the Board of Croton Little League and on the Executive Board of Greater Hudson Valley Scouting America.  He is also the founder and Executive Director of Trails to Trades, a nation-wide non-profit bringing together scouting organizations and building trades unions.

Matt is a member of Hudson Edge’s Board of Directors and Management Committee.
