Michael Pendergast is a Managing Partner, serving as Hudson Edge Investment Partners’ Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Michael was an original member of the Firm, working as an analyst until 1991, when he began managing the Large Cap Value strategy; he continues to manage this strategy today.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Bernard M. Baruch College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Michael is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Society of New York.

Michael is a member of Hudson Edge’s Board of Directors and Management Committee.
